- Abstract must be prepared according to the instructions on the submission form and may be used for the submission of presentations: ORAL, POSTER OR VIDEO sessions. Please indicate the session of choice in the forms provided. For ONLINE Submissions, all entries must be done separately.
- If you are submitting via FAX/ EMAIL:
- abstract must be typed and laser printed with an "Arial 10-points font". It must contain no more than 200 words. Print must be sharp, clear and regular.
- Please submit both the registration forms to the Congress Secretariat via the email addresses or fax number listed above.
- If you are submitting ONLINE:
- Please complete the E-Form here.
- Standard Instructions for ORAL PRESENTATIONS
- All authors must be listed, with the first author’s name highlighted
- There should be NO blank lines between title and text or between paragraphs. Titles must be written in full and in capital letters, with no abbreviations.
- All Oral Presenters will be given eight minutes to present and two minutes for Questions and Answers. Poster Presentation is held in a designated area. There will be no judging for both sessions.
- Oral Presentations will be in Powerpoint- MS Office 2003 format.

- Presenters can submit any number of abstracts for the poster session
- Presenters will be notified via email once the abstracts are received by the Scientific Committee.
- Poster Size/ Measurements will be indicated in this follow up email.
- All poster presenters will be requested to submit their PowerPoint presentation files for inclusion on the meeting proceedings CD-Rom.
